摘要
Objective:To study the effect of 20% restrictive energy diet on serum leptin and soluble leptin receptor of rats, then provide theoretic evidence on 20% restrictive energy diet for dietary therapy of obesity.Method:21 4-weeks male SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, the control group were given normal diet, the high-fat diet group were given high-fat diet and the restricting group were given 20% restrictive energy diet. After 16 weeks feeding,we detected the weight, length,Lee's index, fat around the kidneys and epididymal fat. After that,we detected the serum indicators including the leptin and sLR.Result:Comparing with the control group, the weight, the fat around the kidneys and the epididymal fat are notably higher than these in high-fat diet rats. These indicators in high-fat diet rats are much higher than the restricting diet rats. The Lee's index in both high-fat diet and restricting diet rats are increased notably.Comparing with the control group, the serum leptin are much lower in the restricting diet group, and the high-fat diet group are much higher. Conclusion:After the feeding of 16 weeks of high-fat diet,it can be significantly increased in the serum leptin of the rats.It also can be notably decreased in the serum sLR,then the rat became obesity. But after 16 weeks the 20% restrictive energy diet feeding,it can decrease the weight of the rats,it also can significantly decreased in the serum leptin and increase the serum sLR of the rats. Finally it influenced the serum fat and avoid the obesity.
