379例浅表淋巴结细针穿刺细胞病理学诊断分析

Abstract
目的探讨细针穿刺(FNAC)浅表淋巴结细胞学涂片特点及临床应用价值。方法对379例浅表淋巴结细胞学涂片特点进行分析。结果379例肿大淋巴结以淋巴结炎、反应性增生和淋巴结核及转移癌为主,穿刺细胞学诊断符合率达83.3%(316/379),难以诊断(18/379)占4.7%,穿刺成功率100%。结论FNAC操作简便安全,为临床快速筛选诊断提供了依据,减少不必要的淋巴结切除。
