Abstract
作者针对畜类屠宰加工中猪头、蹄等部位的小毛难以去除问题,从生产成本、脱毛率、使用方便性、安全性等方面对几种食品级粘合剂进行了筛选.结果表明,食品级松香甘油酯、食品级石蜡、动物油脂比例为85∶10∶5时脱毛效果最佳,且具有脱毛率高、安全无毒、使用方便等特点.
