Transmission coefficients of asymmetrical rectangular double barrier structures

Using the transfer matrix method the energy dependence of the transmission coefficient T(E) is computed for different asymmetrical rectangular double potential barriers. Results of the computation are discussed and shown in graphs. The obtained results are very illustrative and may help in forming and design of double barrier structures.
