Abstract
Stationary solutions of the energy balance equation are investigated for plasma heated by a relativistic electron beam. The plasma pressure is assumed constant. It is shown that periodic solutions exist for the parameters when the retardation length of the beam is much longer than the characteristic dimension of the system.
