Preparation of immune micro-polysaccharide

The immune-spherex were prepared of spherex and human IgG,with epichlorohydrin as activating agent and glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent for consolidation,Optimize factors of this action: epichlorohydrin 20%,glutaraldehyde 0.5 mol/L,reaction time 9 h.Then production has been detected by anti-human IgG which was bided Fitc.The corresponding relation between different size of spherex and quantities of human IgG has been calculated.The characters of immune-spherex was analyzed by fluorescence microscope to prove that spherex has been covalent-cross-linked human IgG.
