The Application of PRP Burner with Low NO_x Emission

This paper comprehensively expounds the problems occurring in #15 boiler in a plant since commissioning,such as frequent coke extinguishing,excessive combustion-supporting oil demand and non-stable combustion performance at low load,and then analyzes the reasons for these problems in respect to the structure.This paper also introduces PRP burner with low NOx emission and summarizes the effect of PRP burner after a year's operation,which may be meaningful for easy-coking coal type or coal of great diversity.
