二氧化锰掺杂氧化碲粉体的制备及微观结构表征研究

Abstract
用球磨法与液相沉淀法两种方法分别制备了MnO_2掺杂TeO_2超细粉体,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线激发发射光谱(XEL)对样品的物相组成、形貌等微观结构和发光性能进行了测试表征。结果表明,通过增加球磨混合时间和改变球磨介质,用球磨法可制得3~4μm的TcO_2粉体。相比球磨法,用液相沉淀法可制得更加均匀和细小的超细粉体,所得粉体的平均颗粒尺寸约为1μm,其发光强度更高。
