Abstract
妊娠合并急性胰腺炎是妊娠期严重的并发症,其中高脂血症性胰腺炎近年来在妊娠合并急性胰腺炎病因中所占比率逐年增加,而且妊娠合并高脂血症性胰腺炎为重症胰腺炎的主要原因,多见于妊娠中晚期,易反复发作,病情凶险,孕产妇病死率及围生儿病死率达20%～50%,严重威胁着孕产妇的身体健康,也殃及胎儿的生命安全.本文报道了一例妊娠期反复合并高脂血症性急性胰腺炎病例的诊断及治疗过程.
