摘要
Objective) Effects of different cropping systems on nematode communities were studied to explore whether soil nematode communities can be used as bioindicators to evaluate the effects of different cropping systems on soil health. (Method) The Shannon diversity index, SR index, J index, maturity index, and comparability index of soil nematode were analyzed under different cropping systems. (Result)The results indicated that Ditylenchus was the dominant genera under cropping system, but under rotations and fallows, Cephalobus, Eucephalobus, Aphelenchoides, and Aphelenchus were the dominant genera. The total number of nematodes was significant between the rotations and the continuous at the same soil layer, but the nematodes category was not. Continuous cropping increased the index of PPI and PPI/MI, and decreased the index of WI, ∑MI and MI. But under rotations, the index of them was reverse. (Conclusion) Different cropping systems change the distribution of nematodes communities at uprightness soil layer, and the index of nematode communities PPI, PPI/MI, WI, ∑MI and MI can be used as indicators to evaluate soil health. Similar index communities can reflect the same and the difference of nematode in the soil.
