The molecular symmetry of bovine liver catalase

A rotation function study of bovine liver catalase at 10 Å resolution has shown the enzyme to have at least one 2-fold axis, although a molecular symmetry of 222 is likely and the molecular point group 4 is possible. The orientation of the molecular axes with respect to the crystallographic axes has also been determined.
