Abstract
运用实验生态学和生物化学的方法,研究了PP333对'蒙山金桂'、'早银桂'和'佛顶珠'3个桂花品种的生长及叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响.结果表明:外施PP333可显著抑制桂花枝条的伸长生长,促进加粗生长,并使枝条节间长度缩短,2 000 mg/L的PP333处理'早银桂'30 d后,与对照相比,其枝条长度和平均节间长度分别缩短11.8 cm和1.8 cm,粗度增加0.2 cm.另外,经不同浓度PP333处理后,3种桂花叶片中抗氧化防御系统的关键酶超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)和过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)均表现为在低浓度(≤1 000 mg/L)时受到诱导作用,在高浓度(≥2 000 mg/L)时受到抑制作用;PP333处理后过氧化氢酶(Catalase,CAT)活性普遍呈下降趋势,SOD和POD活性的变化与CAT的活性变化不存在相关性.
