Abstract
目的 制备、标定第12批磷酸组织胺国家对照品.方法 用第11批磷酸组织胺国家对照品(批号:150510-9411)为标准,采用猫血压法标定.结果 此批待标品,经4个实验室的标定结果合并计算效价为101.83%.结论 可以作为第12批磷酸组织胺国家对照品使用.此批国家对照品效价定为100%,即1 mg的磷酸组织胺相当于0.342 mg的组织胺,并已于2005年6月正式分发使用.
