Abstract
目的:研究狗舌草提取物对266细胞的细胞毒作用.方法:U266细胞株与狗舌草提取物共同培养,用CCK-8试剂检测细胞毒作用.结果:狗舌草提取物对266细胞有细胞毒作用,半数抑制(质量)浓度约为3.2mg·L-1.结论:狗舌草提取物对266细胞有体外细胞毒作用.
