Abstract
通过磁控溅射法制备了CoPt复合磁性薄膜,然后通过XRD、振动样品磁强计(VSM)对真空退火后的样品进行应力、微结构和磁性的表征.结果表明,样品在600℃形成了具有L10相的CoPt合金,且L10相的CoPt合金的矫顽力达到3 200 Oe.
