Fabrication of LaFeO3 micro-nanofiber by electrospinning

Abstract
Perovskite structure LaFCO3 Micro-nanofiber was successfully fabricated via electrospinning combined with sol-gel technology. The samples of LaFeO3 micro-nanofiber were characterized by thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM) technology, respectively. The results show that the perovskite structure LaFeO3 crystals begin to form at 390 degrees C, accompanied by a small amount of weak La2O2CO3 and Fe2O3 hybrid, the orthogonal perovskite structure LaFeO3 micro-nanofiber is obtained by calcining at 600 degrees C, the distribution of fiber diameter is between 300 and 600 rim, the average fiber diameter is about 420 nm with an average grain size of 28 nm.
