Abstract
目的比较三种根充糊剂在根管治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取临床需根管治疗的患牙316颗,随机分为3组,分别采用AH PLUS糊剂+牙胶尖、VITAPEX糊剂+牙胶尖、氧化锌丁香油糊剂+牙胶尖进行根充,并对3组术后1 d、3 d、7 d的临床疗效进行比较分析。结果术后AH PLUS组与VITAPEX组疼痛发生率较氧化锌组低,有显著性差异(P<0.05),而AH PLUS与VITAPEX组无显著性差异。结论AHPLUS糊剂和VITAPEX糊剂可以有效地减轻根充术后急性反应,是值得推广的新型根充材料。
