Abstract
目的:观察超级γ刀立体定向放射治疗原发性肝癌的近期疗效。方法:190例患者采用超级γ刀SGS-I型立体定向放射治疗,单次3-7Gy,隔日1次,总照射剂量30-50Gy。结果:治疗结束后3个月复查AFP和CT,完全缓解(CR)15.26%,部分缓解(PR)60.53%,无变化(NC)15.26%,进展(PD)8.95%;CR+PR为75.79%。结论:超级γ刀治疗原发性肝癌安全有效,可缓解症状,提高患者生活质量。
