Abstract
对照的盆栽细叶结缕草Zoysia tenuifolia经低温(白天1℃,晚上-2℃)胁迫3 d后,或露地草坪在最低温度-3℃的冬季里均枯黄,也不诱导抗冻蛋白;与对照相比,预先用暖地型草坪绿叶生长剂处理的草坪则继续保持绿色,增加了CAT活性和可溶性蛋白质含量,增加了10多条蛋白带的活性(经SDS-PAGE电泳分析),而且增加了Rm 0.51和Rm 0.71两条蛋白带,诱导抗冻蛋白产生。
