介绍了从酵母中分离纯化谷胱甘肽(GSH)的两种抽提方法:对羟基苯甲酸丙酯法和化学渗透法,并对其进行了对比.试验结果表明:化学渗透法抽提液中的GSH含量为121.08mg/100mL,而对羟基苯甲酸丙酯法抽提液中的GSH含量仅为78.32 mg/100mL;凝胶电泳试验图谱证明:化学渗透法抽提液中物质分子量都在1万以下,更有利于GSH后续分离纯化工作的进行.
