Abstract
探讨了Nd-Fe-B速凝带自由面(006),(004),(008)衍射峰最强的原因,认为速凝带沿辊的切线方向的拉伸形变是织构形成的主要原因.在这个拉伸力的作用下,合金液在液固转变过程中,通过择优形核、择优长大和拉伸热形变使合金带形成织构,文章建立了拉伸形变量与取向关系的数学模型,从理论上给出垂直于辊面方向的取向因子的表达式.
