Study on Running Resistance Characteristics of Asphalt Milling Machine

In order to provide reference for running system parameters of asphalt milling machine,running resistance characteristics was studied on CLG563 asphalt milling machine.This paper studies the influence for running resistance by theoretical analysis and field test.The results showed that: running resistance,milling torque and vertical force increased gradually with the increase of milling depth and traveling speed;running resistance was produced by horizontal cutting force component and the proportion of rolling resistance was less.
