Abstract
目的观察丹参、前列腺素E1(PGE1)对造血干细胞移植术(HSCT)后患者肝静脉闭塞病(HVOD)的预防作用。方法分析92例在华西医院血液科行异基因造血干细胞移植(Allo-SCT)患者资料,分为丹参组和PGE1组,分别采用丹参、PGE1预防HVOD发生,观察两组HVOD的发生率。结果 92例行Allo-SCT患者中,HVOD的发生率分别为:丹参组4.08%(2/49例),PGE1组16.27%(7/43例),两组间具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论丹参对造血干细胞移植术后的HVOD的发生有预防作用;丹参预防组HVOD发生率低于PGE1预防组。
