Measure of Vacuum and Safety Protection in Electrostatic Accelerator

A detection and control system of vacuum for electrostatic accelerator is designed and debugged.This system can show the present vacuum on computer and set up the suitable safe pressure.The power of equipment is turned off automatically when the pressure in accelerator is greater than the safe value so that the electrostatic accelerator can be guaranteed to work safely and reliably.
