Abstract
各种原因引起的休克之后出现的并发症一直是困扰临床的问题.细菌移位的提出揭示了肠道在多器官功能不全综合征(MODS)中的重要作用,并引出肠屏障的概念.但是随着实验和临床资料的积累,对细菌内毒素移位引起MODS的理论提出了疑问,肠道缺血再灌注引发的免疫炎症反应逐渐得到认识,对肠源性MODS有了另外一个角度的认识.本文就肠源性MODS的研究进展作一综述.
