痔疮宁栓对痔疮术后止痛疗效观察

Abstract
目的:观察痔疮宁栓用于痔疮术后塞肛止痛的临床疗效.方法:选取痔疮手术患者598例,随机分为两组,300例手术结束时痔疮宁栓2枚塞肛及术后排便后换药时用痔疮宁栓2枚塞肛作为治疗组,298例术后未使用任何药物塞肛作为对照组,观察两组患者术后伤口疼痛程度.结果:术后两组病人在疼痛分级中占的比率有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论:痔疮宁栓对痔疮术后病人止痛效果确切,能减轻患者痛苦,且价格便宜,使用方便,值得临床推广使用
