Abstract
Peanut is one of the most important oil and economic crops,with high nutritional and medicinal value.The status quo of peanut processing and utilization in China,especially in peanut oil,protein,food,by-products,medicinal status and comprehensive utilization was discussed in this paper.Then the factors impacting China's peanut processing industry was analysed,to make recommendations for the development of intensive processing industry.
