山莨菪碱在前切除术后综合征中的应用

Abstract
目的:评估山莨菪碱在直肠前切除术后综合征中的治疗作用.方法:从2005年至2010年,对60例直肠前切除术后综合症的患者给予口腹山莨菪碱 10mg bid或tid治疗,采集病史并对治疗前后进行Cleveland临床失禁评分并对评分结果进行比较.结果:60例直肠前切除术后综合征的患者中,Dixon手术42例,内括约肌切除术18例.山莨菪碱治疗前后平均Cleveland临床失禁评分别为14分和6分,有显著性差异(P＜0.05).有效率为96.7%(58/60).结论:山莨菪碱对中低位直肠前切除术后综合征有良好的疗效.
