从过程/能力视角提出IT吸纳能力的概念,剖析IT吸纳能力的维度结构,深入分析各维度的影响因素及其作用机理并提出14个假设,利用问卷调研数据对其进行了检验,结果表明全部假设都得到验证.揭示出IT吸纳能力的三个维度各自受到哪些因素的影响,在一定程度上解释了造成企业IT吸纳能力差异的原因.
