Abstract
温度检测是芯片和系统中经常需要的功能,温度检测电路的应用非常广泛。文章详细分析了与温度成正比(PTAT)电压的产生原理,并以此原理为基础设计了一种基于双极工艺的温度检测电路,电路的设计输出电压与温度成正比。通过使用Cadence Spectre仿真工具对电路的功能进行仿真,结果表明该电路在-40℃~120℃内能正常工作,输出的检测电压与温度呈比较精确的正比关系,偏差仅为0.01V。
