Abstract
以经济惯性理论为基础,对中国西部地区固定资产投资的产业结构调整问题进行实证研究,运用聚类分析方法,按照经济惯性系数矩阵将西部地区12个省及自治区分为四类:宁夏为第一类,甘肃和西藏为第二类,云南为第四类,其余地区为第三类；针对各类地区经济惯性特点提出适宜西部发展、优化西部各省市自治区固定资产投资产业结构的方法和措施.
