ACEI联合激素和低分子肝素治疗难治性肾病综合征30例

Abstract
目的:观察肾素-血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)联合激素和低分子肝素治疗难治性肾病综合征的近期疗效.方法:难治性肾病综合征患者30例接受苯那普利或卡托普利,泼尼松,低分子肝素钙治疗,全疗程60d.治疗结束后评定疗效,并观察24h尿蛋白定量,血浆蛋白,浮肿情况,肾功能及治疗中的不良反应等.结果:30例患者中临床完全缓解12例(40%),基本缓解12例(40%),部分缓解4例(13%),总有效率93%,部分相关生化指标有明显改善(P<0.01),未见明显副作用.结论:ACEI联合激素和低分子肝素治疗难治性肾病综合征具有良好的近期疗效,且副作用小,可在临床应用.
