Abstract
<正>石骨症(osteopetrosis)是一种较为罕见的骨骼发育障碍性疾病,可累及全身各骨,以长骨、椎骨、盆骨及肋骨的病变较多见,也可累及颅骨,发生于颌骨者更为罕见。中国医科大学口腔医学院口腔颌面外科最近收治1例石骨症并发上颌骨骨髓炎患者,现报告如下。1病例资料患者男,45岁,满族,农民。中等身材,身体消瘦,中度营养不良。患者以"2个月前开始,饮水时鼻部漏水"为主诉,于2012-05-28来我院头颈外
