内镜超声引导下细针穿刺活检联合K-ras基因检测在胰腺癌诊断中的作用

Abstract
目的 探讨内镜超声引导下细针穿刺活检(endoscopic ultrasonography guided fine needle aspiration,EUS-FNA)联合K-ras基因检测对胰腺癌的诊断.方法 对2003～2005年哈尔滨医科大学附属第四医院及大庆油田总医院100例胰腺占位病灶进行超声内镜引导下穿刺活检,并采用高分辨率熔点曲线分析进行K-ras基因检测.结果 100例胰腺占位病变行EUS-FNA,其胰腺癌检出率为57%;胰腺癌患者中,EUS-FAN活检物中的K-ras检测阳性率明显高于血清中的浓度.结论 EUS-FNA联合K-ras基因检测诊断胰腺癌具有重要价值.
