过电流对电线绝缘材料结构、组成及热稳定性的影响

Abstract
采用大电流发生器对聚氯乙烯绝缘电线和阻燃聚氯乙烯绝缘电线进行不同程度的过电流热老化试验,采用扫描电镜、傅立叶变换红外光光谱仪和热重分析仪分析所获得的样品。研究结果表明,过电流发热引起的热老化直接导致电线绝缘材料的韧性下降,脆性增加;随着老化程度的增加,样品中的C=O和C=C双键吸收峰增强,并新出现氢键特征吸收峰,说明电线绝缘电阻随着老化时间的增加而下降;样品的热分解起始温度随着热老化程度的增加而提高,分解百分率降低。
