Abstract
通过16S rDNA碱基序列的测定和同源性分析,鉴定青枯菌拮抗菌2-Q-9与桥石短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus choshinensis)亲缘关系最近,其16S rDNA序列提交GenBank,登录号为FJ613127.根据已测得的该拮抗菌外泌抗菌肽氨基酸序列中的一段设计简并引物,利用染色体步移法得到全长序列780 bp,经测序和BLAST比对分析表明,该基因属于CodY家族,与已鉴定的转录因子抑制剂CodY(ZP_01171531)的同源性最高;表现在氨基酸水平的相似性为77%,其序列全长已提交GenBank,登录号为FJ613128.
