抽薹开花调控基因SVP的作用机制

Abstract
SHORT VEGETATIVE PHASE(SVP)基因属于MADS盒基因,它编码的蛋白转录因子对开花具有抑制作用。SVP主要在营养生长阶段表达,受自主途径等多个开花路径调控,并可以调节开花途径整合子FLOWERING LOCUST(FT),SUPPRESSOR OF OVEREXPRESSION OF CONSTANS1(SOC1)的表达,从而调控抽薹开花时间。本文综述了SVP基因调控抽薹开花的作用机制,并结合SVP基因的研究现状展望了未来的研究方向。
