西芹种子浸提液对黄瓜枯萎病菌化感作用机理的研究——黄瓜植株体内SOD、POD和CAT活性的变化

Abstract
在黄瓜幼苗第1真叶横宽5cm期,分别用西芹种子的乙醇、丙酮、蒸馏水3种浸提液处理(灌根2次)黄瓜植株后,测定其体内SOD、POD和CAT活性的变化,以研究西芹种子漫提液对黄瓜枯萎病菌化感作用的机理.结果表明:经3种西芹种子漫提液处理黄瓜植株后,植株体内SOD、POD和CAT活性均显著高于对照.水浸提液处理后的SOD、POD和CAT活性分别比对照提高了27.03%~31.27%、28.57%~52.27%和35.71%~47.73%;乙醇浸提液处理后SOD、POD和CAT的活性分别比对照提高了15.83%~43.55%、26.47%~36.53%和25.15%~34.85%;丙酮浸提液处理后的SOD、POD和CAT活性分别比对照提高了35.28%~26.55%、20.13%~42.86%和18.19%~38.89%,差异都达到了显著水平.说明经处理后,黄瓜植株体内SOD、POD和CAT酶活性升高,清除体内自由氧的能力提高,防止膜脂过氧化,保护细胞膜不受伤害,从而提高黄瓜对其枯萎病的抗病性.
