Recurrent Tako-Tsubo cardiomyopathy with similar clinical and instrumental signs

Tako-tsubo syndrome is a clinical entity of transient left ventricular apical ballooning, frequently precipitated by a stressful event. The syndrome can be complicated by left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) obstruction and can be recurrent. Here we describe a case of a 64 years old female who had two episodes of tako-tsubo syndrome characterized by a similar stressful event and similar clinical and instrumental characteristics.
