Abstract
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定人血清中卡马西平的浓度.人空白血清经处理后.采用高效液相色谱法,C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,水-甲醇-乙腈(45:45:10)流动相,UV检测波长254 nm,流速1 mL·min-1,柱温:30℃.该方法平均回收率为105.53%,日内和日间RSD均小于11%,标准曲线线性关系良好.该方法适用于临床血药浓度监测.
