The Preliminary Research on the Active Factors in the Root of Larix Principis Rupprechtii

The two-year-old Larix principis rupprechtii seedlings were used to explore the root activity and the chlorophyll content、conductance and protective enzyme activity in the four growth stage were also studied.The results showed:root activity and chlorophyll content were the largest at the rapidly growth stage,SOD activity was the larger at the last three stages,PPO activity was the largest at the initial growth stage,POD activity was the larger at the initial growth stage and the rapidly growth stage,conductance was the less in the seedling hardening.The analyses the way of gray correlation degree show:root activity was mainly influenced by the SOD activity at the reviving stage and the seedling hardening stage;root activity was mainly influenced by the POD activity at the initial growth stage and the rapidly growth stage.
