Abstract
目的 通过观察清热解毒、宣肺化痰、养阴清肺3种治法对流感病毒感染小鼠肺指数、肺指数抑制率的影响,进一步验证3种治法治疗流感病毒性肺炎作用的有效性.方法 选择3种治法的中药复方代表,并设利巴韦林为阳性对照,观察其对对流感病毒感染小鼠肺指数、肺指数抑制率的影响.结果 3种治法均能降低流感病毒感染小鼠的肺指数,与模型组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 3种治法均能减轻流感病毒感染小鼠引起的肺病变.
