TO THE EDITOR: Chronic intestinal inflammation mimicking Crohn's disease has been described in some patients with X-linked agammaglobulinemia (1, 2, 3). Cellier et al.3) recently described a patient with X-linked agammaglobulinemia and stenosing ileitis related to chronic enterovirus infection.
