Abstract
构建了中远程舰空导弹武器系统作战效能评估的指标体系,提出了运用BP网络进行效能评估的方法,并合理地给出了构造训练样本的方法,提高了训练样本的充分性和可信性.最后通过与模糊综合评判法得出的评估结果相比较,验证了方法的有效性.
