PTEN基因是继p53之后的又一重要抑癌基因.目前已证实PTEN基因与众多恶性肿瘤的发生、发展关系密切.PTEN基因治疗将有希望成为继手术、放疗、化疗之后又一重要的生物治疗途径,该途径尚处于试验阶段,有待进一步研究探索.
