Abstract
由于缺少相应的检测技术,市场上常有用无公害农产品充当有机农产品销售的情况发生.有机茶在我国是最大的有机认证产品,同样面临这一问题,导致有机茶无法实现现质优价.根据δ15N在土壤、肥料及植物领域的最新研究结果及平衡原理,结合有机茶生产肥料使用要求,本文提出了一种鉴别有机茶是否施用过化肥的最新方法--δ15N分析法,并对其原理及可行性作了详细的分析说明.
