Multiheterodyne Measurement Of Acoustically Induced Phase Noise In Fiber-Optic Transfer Of An Optical Frequency Comb
2015 PHOTONICS CONFERENCE (IPC)(2015)
Abstract
Optical frequency references under external single-tone acoustic perturbation are remotely delivered via an optical fiber. Multiheterodyne technique was used to measure the induced phase noise. Noise suppression was observed at frequencies below the perturbation frequencies.
