Abstract
趋化因子是机体内一类重要的生物活性物质,参与多种生理病理活动的调控.趋化因子可通过对血管内皮细胞的趋化作用,引起血管内皮细胞增殖、迁移、毛细血管形成而促进血管生成；部分趋化因子可通过凋亡和抑制多种促血管生成因子的活性而发挥抑制血管生成的作用.现将趋化因子及其受体对血管内皮细胞的作用进行综述.
