Abstract
目的 建立肠球菌属快速简易的初筛方法.方法 采用七叶灵快速水解试剂盒,对139株革兰阳性球菌进行初筛,同时用常规方法及API 20Strep试条进行对比.结果 肠球菌属荧光消失阳性率为99.26%,其中,粪肠球菌为100.00%、屎肠球菌为91.66%;浅灰色或黑色斑点形成阳性率为99.26%.结论 利用七叶灵水解试剂盒、革兰染色、镜下形态及接触酶试验的结果,结合肠球菌在选择性鉴别培养基上的菌落特征,可快速简易鉴定肠球菌.
