昆明麝香石竹斑驳病毒分离物的鉴定与提纯及高效价抗血清的制备

Abstract
对引起云南鲜切花麝香石竹植株叶斑驳、花朵变小的病毒分离物应用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)和电子显微镜技术(IEM)检测,直径大约28nm,经TAS-ELISA测定仅与CarMV标准抗体反应为阳性。鉴定为麝香石竹斑驳病毒(Carnation mottle vi-rus,CarMV)的分离株。对病株检测筛选后进行分离纯化,将提纯后的CarMV制备兔抗血清获得高效价的抗体,间接ELISA测定为1∶10240。
